At Evolve Dental Healing Kenmore Dentist, we love seeing new patients. We pride ourselves on offering all our patients a uniquely gentle, friendly, supportive, and educational experience. You’re our guest, and we want you to feel welcome from the moment you first come through our door. When you choose Evolve to be your dentist, here’s what you can expect at your new patient dental appointment at our Kenmore dental office.
Before arriving for your first appointment with Dr. Rachel, we will email you with all the information that you will need to prepare for your New Patient Appointment and provide you with information about our dental office and the services that we offer. We would encourage you to review these before visiting us for the first time so that you may get the most out of your visit.
Also, if you have dental health insurance, we will process your claim directly to minimise the hassle of you having to deal with your insurance company yourself, so be sure to bring your health insurance cards with you to your Kenmore dentist new patient appointment.
To make sure that you have an amazing experience, you’ll always be greeted by a member of our team as soon as you walk in the door. We also offer refreshments in our waiting room for you to enjoy before your appointment.
If it’s your first visit with us, we’ll give you a tour of our office and talk to you about our treatment philosophy and the principles that guide us.
Following your comprehensive dental exam, Dr. Rachel will review your results with you and answer any questions you might have. We’ll also discuss a treatment plan with you, if necessary.
Before starting any treatment, though, we’ll make sure you’re completely informed and comfortable with what we recommend.
This is what we call dentistry with integrity, where the practice of modern, state-of-the-art dentistry stands on the foundations of old-fashioned values and life-long relationships with our patients’ who trust in Dr. Rachel and the Evolve Dental Team.
Following your visit, you’ll receive a follow-up call from the Team or your hygienist to ensure that you’re doing well and to see if there is anything else that we can do for you or if there are any questions you may have.
And of course, we will also say “thank you” and that we look forward to seeing you again soon!

At Evolve Dental Healing Dentist Kenmore we offer many services including routine dental check-ups, cleaning, gum care, x-rays, fillings and crowns, tooth whitening, adult braces, cosmetic dentistry, and more.
We understand that for many patients having dental treatment brings up numerous emotional issues- fears, anxiety, and stresses. We are sensitive to the dental and emotional needs of the individual and incorporate a system of health care leading towards the attainment of total health. This is the Evolve Dental holistic approach.
Even if you take excellent care of your teeth and gums at home, it is still important to see a dentist regularly. At Evolve Dental Kenmore dentist we can check for problems that you may not see or feel.
As a new patient to Evolve Dentist Kenmore we want to take the time to get to know you and your mouth. We gather information via simple questionnaire forms and by asking you questions to better understand your dental history, your reasons for attending as well as getting to know your dental health and smile goals.
During the examination we check your mouth health for any abnormalities, signs of general health issues and screen for oral cancer using a specialised viewing tool called an Oral ID.
As we are holistic in our approach we check the health and function of your jaw joint and bite, check for signs of clenching and grinding and/or airway and breathing issues.
Your gum health is thoroughly assessed for signs of gum disease, tartar and plaque build-up, inflammation and infection.
Then last but not least we assess and examine the condition of your teeth for signs of dental decay, cracks, breaks, wear, infection and failed or worn fillings/restorations.
Looking Forward To Meeting You!!
Thank you for choosing Evolve Dental Healing for your dental health needs.
As part of your comprehensive new patient dental examination (check-up) we want to be able to tell you exactly what is going on in your mouth, that way you will be able to understand what is happening and why.
This involves thoroughly examining your teeth, mouth and gums, as well as taking diagnostic x-rays and photographs.
Your first visit as a new patient will be for a 60-minute consultation and examination where the dentist will check your mouth, gums, and teeth for any signs of dental issues or infections. We’ll also discuss any cosmetic concerns you may have.
In order for us to know exactly what is happening with your teeth and report the full picture back to you, it is essential that we check your teeth using dental x-rays and photographs as we cannot physically see what is going on inside your tooth or under your fillings without them.
Once your checkup and diagnostic tests are completed, you will either be scheduled to see our dental hygienist who will clean your teeth and formulate a plan to treat any gum disease issues or the dentist will provide a teeth clean at your first visit if your gum health is in good shape.
Rest assured we will provide you with all your treatment options and support you to make an informed decision that suits your dental goals and your budget.
