This blog is turning out to be a wonderful forum where I like to talk about, report and share views on matters related to dentistry, health, nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing and healing.

The posts combine my dental and medical knowledge and experiences along with current research and articles being reported in the media. 

It has been really great to get feedback from my patients on how they find the blog informative, useful, practical and interesting to read. It certainly has opened up some great topics of conversation during dental visits (I know, how can you possibly talk to me when I have all those instruments in your mouth!)
